#Not financial advice
Nothing on the site, in the API, in the documentation or in an alert is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Farbeam does not give calls to buy, sell or hold any asset. It offers no price targets. It does not rate tokens, and its token reports carry no composite score. Crypto assets can lose all of their value. Make your own decisions, and take advice from a licensed adviser where you need it.
#Limits of the data

An absence of rows does not prove that nothing happened.
#Labels
Labels are hand-curated from public sources. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. A label states who appears to control an address. It does not prove ownership, and it says nothing about the intent of a transfer. A missing label means nothing about an address.
#Token checks
Token reports present what third parties and direct contract reads returned. A pass means only that the check found no issue from that source at that time. A contract can change later if it can be upgraded, and a source can be wrong. unknown means the check could not be completed. No report can prove that a token is safe.
#Interpreting transfers
A transfer to an exchange wallet is not a sale, and a transfer from one is not a purchase. Internal moves, custody changes, market making and bridging all look alike in this data. See transfers vs trades.
#Third-party data
Prices, market values, security flags and supply figures come from third parties, such as CoinGecko, DexScreener, GoPlus, RugCheck, DefiLlama and GeckoTerminal. Farbeam does not control or verify them. Names and links to third parties do not imply a relationship with them or an endorsement by them. Token names and symbols are chosen by whoever deployed the contract, and they can imitate well-known assets. Compare the contract address, and do not rely on the symbol.
#No warranty
The service is provided as it is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for any purpose. No SLA exists today, and one is Planned. To the extent the law allows, Farbeam is not liable for losses from use of the data, from delays or errors, or from alerts that were late or never sent.
Do not connect Farbeam data to automated trading without your own checks. If you do so, the risk stays with you.

Your use must follow acceptable use. Availability of the site in your region does not mean that any activity it describes is legal for you.
